  • $50.00 one-time setup fee (Special - Waived until March 1st 2007)
  • $29.95 per month (monthly agreement, no LONG-TERM contracts)
  • $15.00 ONE-TIME image enhancement fee per tour
    • Our Professional Photoshop designers will enhance your images for you. (this allows us to give you the BEST possible presentation for your listings and assures that EVERY tour produced by us is at it's optimum!)

  • HENCE the $15 fee per tour above.
  • This allows our Photoshop Technicians will optimize each image you send giving your tours the UTMOST quality!
• Realtor / Company Branding
  • We put a video infomercial at the beginning and end of EACH of your tours. These branding files can include a picture of you, a picture of your city/area, personal contact info and company logo.
  • NOTE: if your MLS does not allow branding in your Virtual Tours; no problem. You get 2 versions of your Tours - one branded and one non-branded.
• 3 copies of each Tour
  • Dial-Up Internet Version
  • High-Speed Internet Version
  • Flash Video Version for Apple & Unix Users
• Media Center LInk
  • You get one URL / Web Link that combines ALL 3 versions of your tours, and you can put that link on as many Websites as you wish.
  • Custom Media Centers that contain your Realtor and Company branding are available. "See Setup Fees Above."
• 2-Year Hosting on our Fast-Streaming Servers
  • Your Virtual Tours will stay on our servers for 2-years. If you still have the listing after 2-Years, simply call and we will reactivate the tour FREE of charge.
  • If you LOSE the listing and want to SELL the tour to another agent to recoup some of your expenses you are free to do that. We will delete the tour after 2-Years and will ONLY put it back up if it is being used by a current member of our program.
  • With us hosting your Tours you will not accrue any additional charges from your current Web Host.
• FREE Technical Support
  • Members get access to our Toll-Free Phone Support, as well as E-Mail, and Web-Based Support.
  • Your clients also get support; you should be selling real estate not worrying about if your technology is running correctly. If you have a client that has troubles with your tours have them contact our Toll-Free Support Line.
• FREE Training & Consulting
  • We will help you understand Virtual Tour technologies and how to best implement them into your real estate business.
• Optional Services Per Tour:
• $7.50 - $30.00 - Put your Tour on DVD
  • Since our Plus! Tours are already DVD quality, it is very EZ for us to get your tours to DVD and have your clients play on their Big Screen TV or Plasma. We honestly think this is BEST presentation of your properties in the WORLD today! It is absolutely spectacular to see these Tours on DVD!

• $15 Update Fee
  • To update an existing tour with new images or voice. We try to prevent this by not putting pricing info or any info for that matter that may change. But sometimes there is no getting around it. Pictures may need to be updated to reflect the seasons. In these few cases a fee is charged.
• $25.00 or FREE - Link tour on the Realtor.com Network!
  • If you have the "Listing Enhancement Package" with Realtor.com then this service is FREE!
  • However if you don't use Realtor.com very much and need a listing online we are to gain some exposure we are a certified Picture Path Provider and can do that for a charge of $25.00. We only charge you because Realtor.com charges us to access their network.
  • Remember your tours get the RED SPINNING icon on Realtor.com, and when people search by Virtual Tour you will also appear.
  • Your tours go into Realtor.com as well as MSN.com, AOL.com, WallStreetJournal.com, Remax.com, Prudential.com, and literally hundreds of other sites.
• $30.00 - To edit your images to SEE THROUGH windows
  • One problem with digital photography is that digital photo sensors do not adjust to light very well. Every digital photographer has witnessed images burning out when trying to shoot a scene with lots of light coming in through the windows or the windows just becoming white? Well we can train you to take a series of images for those shots; and get beautiful outside views while still have good exposure on the inside!
• $30.00 - Shoot Fee
  • If you want the property professionally filmed by one of our Photographers leaving you more time for real estate.
• $100.00 - Custom Media Center (one-time fee)
  • We build a custom Media Center that has your Realtor and Company branding and contact info on it. (Make sure your local MLS allows BRANDING!)
